There is no in-app ticket system. A normal email is enough — map mistakes, wrong loot odds, missing pins, UI bugs, and ideas are all welcome.
What to include
Helpful details (when you have them):
- What you expected vs what you saw
- Item name, map area, or pin type (gas, basement, gun store, etc.)
- Approximate map coordinates if shown on the pin popup
- Desktop or phone, and which browser
- A screenshot if it clarifies the problem
Examples
- Missing or misplaced gas station / POI pin
- Wrong room, container, or loot chance for an item
- Map layer or filter behaving oddly
- Suggestions for clearer labels or missing locations
